Our client, a privately held Food Services company is seeking a hand on experienced controller to ensure the finance function is up to date and organized. You are a “doer”, hands on, outgoing, independent, analytical, detailed-oriented and results driven professional. Reporting to the Owner

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

• Preparing budgets and financial forecasts
• Monitoring and investigating all pay records and statements
• Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting, including analysis and preparation of reporting package
• Yearly audit working papers
• All government remittances
• Execute monthly reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts
• Maintaining cost control and cash flow
• Additional duties as assigned.

YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• Minimum 5 years of controller or managerial level position
• Degree in Finance, CPA preferred
• Strong organizational skills, reliable, autonomous
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Sage 300
